What is Whole Body Vibration and the Power Vibe?
Whole Body Vibration and the Power Vibe were designed to help with both exercise and improved circulation. Some claim that it can also help improve bone density.
My experience with the Power Vibe is that it is pretty gentle. It does take a little getting used to so start on the lower setting for about 30 seconds and work your way up, as far as intensity time on the unit.
I have issues with my blance so I have it against the wall, in class I need something to hold on to while getting on and off the machine.
I have noticed:
- Greater balance
- Better Circulation – My right leg is not as swollen
- Better strength.
